This case is presented to highlight the importance of “Restorative Driven Implantology”. Patient was presented with un-esthetic appearance and Mobility in the Lateral Incisors which were Implant supported Crowns irt 12,22.
This treatment was done somewhere,only 1.5 year ago.
On 3D radiographic analysis, significant bone loss was found around implants and can be assumed that implant were placed out of the bone envelop. which resulted in the unconventional crown design.
To correct the Situation Ex-plantation and Bilateral Biological Bone Augmentation with the help of Ramus Bone Block was done to manage the Implant sites. New Implants will be placed 4 months Post-op to restore the missing teeth.
