This case is presented to highlight the importance of “Restorative Driven Implantology”. The patient was presented with un-esthetic appearance and Mobility in the Lateral Incisors which were Implant-supported Crowns irt 12,22.
This treatment was done somewhere, only 1.5 years ago.
On 3D radiographic analysis, significant bone loss was found around implants, and can be assumed that implants were placed out of the bone envelope. which resulted in the unconventional crown design.
To correct the Situation Ex-plantation and Bilateral Biological Bone Augmentation with the help of Ramus Bone Block was done to manage the Implant sites. New Implants will be placed 4 months Post-op to restore the missing teeth.
