Full Mouth Rehabilitation
OVERVIEW
The patient was presented with three old mandibular dentures and the complaint of being Unable to Chew food Properly, because of Pain in the back region of the lower jaw. Radiographic Diagnosis revealed that the mental nerve was being compressed during mastication.
In Maxilla, temporary partial denture and Old PFMs with cantilever were also found Unsatisfactory in terms of aesthetics and functionality. Patient was successfully treated with ‘IMPLANT SUPPORTED BAR RETAINED MANDIBULAR DENTURE (RP IV) AND ATTACHMENT RETAINED CAST PARTIAL DENTURE’.
